We ship Noozi orders to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days after the order is shipped. This is an estimate and may vary depending on carrier volume, local conditions, and address accuracy.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email when tracking is available.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before placing the order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will help check the shipment status.

Returns

For return shipping rules, please see our Return and Refund Policy. Return shipping is free for confirmed fabric defects or manufacturing issues. For change of mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
