We want your Noozi order to arrive in good condition and feel right for you. If you need to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returned products must be clean, unused, and in their original condition, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.
Fabric defects or product issues
If your item arrives with a fabric defect or manufacturing issue, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Once the issue is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Change of mind returns
If you are returning because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees, when charged, are not refundable.
How to start a return
Email us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. We will send the return instructions after reviewing your request.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
